Carlyn Place Condominium is a 124-unit community located in North Arlington, Virginia.
Built in 1961, the property consists of one eight-story building at the intersection of Old Dominion and Lorcom Lane and two garden-style buildings on Lee Highway between North Thomas Street and Woodstock/Lorcom Lane.
